well, me and my cousins and brothers have decided that if we were ever going to hold a wedding dinner in singapore or any other important functions, never to hold it in The Raffles Plaza.

why?

simple.
the service simply sucks.
the waiters and waitresses, even though they may be part timers, given the fact that it is the holiday season for secondary and JC students, are extremely lousy trained, that's if they WERE actually trained at all. otherwise there must be something super interesting that needs their full attention at the upper hand corner of the CANNING room cos' it took like approximately 10 minutes of waving by the good people from our table and the tables around us to get our drinks. and of course, in a super duper stupid lousily thought out method, one by one.

as if that was not enough, a middle-aged waitress actually accused my table for stealing the table stand. Hello! who on earth would want a table stand? what can you do with it at home?
plus, when she found out that it was a indian waiter (not being racist here, just stating the facts) who took it, she didn't even apologise to us! if we are going to talk about doing the right thing at the right time, this lady failed with a gigantic bold outlined red zero.

furthermore, that same waitress dared to answer us back when we asked her for drinks with "I'm not the waitress in charge of your table. please wait for your waitress to serve you." and she walked off but only to come back, hovering over us. well, woman, if you're not in charge of our table, what the heck are you doing, walking around us, acting busy when in fact, you are doing nothing? and don't you think i don't know your name. i do. ms siew y***.

the rest of the waitresses and waiters also seemed to have failed in mathematics too. their proportions were badly off. say, a dish of abalone and veggies can be divided into one abalone each (a pathetic serving) and some veggies (which are under cooked) among a table of ten. the waitresses and waiters somehow liked to serve the first two plates two abalones and lots of veggies. and when they reached the sixth plate onwards, there are no abalone at all! of course, with a small tiny serving of veggie. it then take them about 2 more plates to finally realise that there isn't enough to go around and they then remove some abalone and veggies from the first few plates to the last few. AMAZING, isn't it? how badly our waitresses and waiters fail in proportions. especially, when most of them are secondary and JC students. makes me wonder what are they really doing in school all this time.

plus, a serious turn-off of the place is the residue stains on the utensils for the guests, which somehow cannot be wipe off with tissues. arghhh, freaky.

unforgettable memories deep inside me.
wish that it would never be erased
as i would like to keep our memories
with our happy moments forever.

Before I grew up I saw you on a cloud
I could bless myself in your name
and patch you on my wings
"Life is hard and so is love, child, believe in all these things"

I just wanna brag and say "I Love You"
Well, It's Just Me
